(b) employees of MotoGP™ Sports Entertainment Group and its affiliates directly involved in the operational delivery of this Contest.
2.4 The Organiser reserves the right to verify a Participant's eligibility at any stage of the Contest, including after the winner announcement, and to disqualify any Participant, shortlisted candidate or winner who does not meet, or is subsequently found not to meet, the eligibility criteria in this Section 2.
3. CONTEST PERIOD
3.1 Entries will be accepted from 26 August 2026, 00:00:01 to 9 September 2026, 23:59:59 (Singapore Time) (the "Participation Period").
3.2 Any entry received before the opening date or after the closing date of the Participation Period will be rejected and deemed invalid.
3.3 Indicative post-entry milestones (subject to change under clause 3.4):

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE, ENTRY CRITERIA
4.1 To participate in the Contest, a Participant must:
Step 1: Follow @MotulAsiaPacific on Instagram and Facebook.
Step 2: Complete the official entry form at motulsuperfan2026.com, providing all required information, including full name, email address, mobile number, market of application, confirmation of being 18 years or above, Instagram handle, and (optionally) another social media handle.
Step 3: Respond to the required prompt: "Why should you be the Motul Superfan at the Motul Grand Prix of Japan?"
Step 4: Confirm travel availability for the required dates, passport validity, English communication comfort, and willingness to appear in and self-film first-person social content, as prompted in the entry form.
Step 5: Provide the consents described in the entry form, including consent to the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Notice, and to the Organiser's review of publicly available content on the social profile(s) provided.
4.2 Only one (1) valid entry is permitted per Participant. Where multiple entries are identified from the same Participant, only the first valid entry received will be considered for shortlisting; all subsequent entries will be void.
4.3 Entries that are incomplete, submitted outside the Participation Period, or that contain false or misleading information will be disqualified.
4.4 Submission of an entry constitutes the Participant's acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Contest Privacy Notice.
5. SHORTLISTING, JUDGING AND WINNER SELECTION
5.1 Unlike a random-draw contest, the Motul Superfan 2026 Grand Prize winner is selected through the following merit-based shortlisting and interview process:
(a) Application Review — all valid entries are reviewed against the eligibility criteria in Section 2 and the strength of the written response.
(b) Social Profile Review — the Organiser reviews each Participant's public social media profile to assess natural storytelling, personality and creator potential. Follower count is not a determining factor.
(c) Shortlist of Five (5) — the five strongest candidates are selected for an interview.
(d) Finalist Interview — shortlisted candidates are interviewed to assess authenticity, camera comfort, communication, personality, travel readiness and brand fit, scored against the criteria in clause 5.2.
(e) Final Verification — the Organiser confirms the selected winner's eligibility and travel readiness before public announcement.
5.2 Finalist interviews will be scored by a panel appointed by the Organiser against the following weighted criteria:
| Criteria | Weight | What We Look For |
| Authentic MotoGP™ / Motul passion | 30% | Genuine fandom, personal story and enthusiasm. |
| Creator potential & camera presence | 20% | Natural on camera, expressive and able to self-film compelling moments. |
| Personality & brand fit | 20% | Positive, engaging and appropriate to represent Motul. |
| English communication | 20% | Comfortable enough for regional team / event communication; not judged on perfect fluency. |
| Travel & content readiness | 10% | Available, travel-ready and willing to fulfil the agreed content role. |
5.3 The panel's decision on the selected Superfan, and one or more reserve candidate(s), is final. No enquiries, appeals, verbal, written or other correspondence regarding the selection will be entertained, and Participants agree to accept and abide by all decisions made by the Organiser.
5.4 The 100 Supporting Prize recipients (Section 6.2) are selected by the Organiser, at its sole discretion, based on the strength and authenticity of their written entry response under clause 4.1, Step 3.
6. PRIZES
6.1 Grand Prize (1 winner):
- Paddock Passes for Winner + 1 Guest, including access to the paddock area and the designated viewing/grandstand area available with the event pass.
- Exclusive MotoGP™ experiences: Safety Car Hot Lap, Grid Access, TV Compound Visit, Rider Meet-and-Greets, and Box Tour. Unless separately confirmed by the Organiser, these experiences are for the winner only.
- Accommodation: 3-night hotel stay for the winner at JR-East Hotel Mets Mito, Japan, from 2 to 5 October 2026.
- Motul Welcome Pack: T-shirt, cap and backpack.
- USD 500 Travel Allowance, usable at the winner's discretion towards flights, visa fees, travel insurance, meals, local transport or other trip-related expenses (excluding accommodation for 2–5 October 2026, which is separately provided under this clause 6.1). This is a contribution only; it does not guarantee full coverage of travel, and any costs above this allowance, or accommodation costs outside the provided stay dates, are the winner's sole responsibility and are not separately covered by Motul.
6.1.1 Prizes and exclusive MotoGP™ experiences listed above are subject to change without prior notice.
6.1.2 The paddock-pass access described in clause 6.1 (including the designated viewing/grandstand area available with the event pass) extends to one (1) accompanying guest, aged 18 years or above, of the winner's choosing (the "Guest"). The accommodation described in clause 6.1 (3 nights at JR-East Hotel Mets Mito, 2–5 October 2026) is provided for the winner and the Guest, good for 2 persons; any additional occupancy, room upgrade, or incidental charges at the hotel are the winner's responsibility. Unless separately confirmed by the Organiser, the exclusive MotoGP™ experiences (Safety Car Hot Lap, Grid Access, TV Compound Visit, Rider Meet-and-Greets and Box Tour), the Motul Welcome Pack, and the USD 500 Travel Allowance remain for the winner only and are not extended to the Guest. The Guest's travel and other personal costs are the Guest's own responsibility and are not covered by the USD 500 Travel Allowance, which is provided to the winner only, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organiser. The winner must provide the Guest’s full name within 48 hours of accepting the Prize, and any additional travel or credential information reasonably required by the Organiser by the deadline specified by the Organiser. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the Guest satisfies the requirements of clauses 7.4, 8.3, 9.4 and 12.9 below.
6.2 Supporting Prizes (100 prizes): 100 x Motul x MotoGP™ shirts, awarded to standout eligible entries selected under clause 5.4.
6.3 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize, or any prize component, with one of comparable value without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion (for example, where a specific experience listed in clause 6.1 cannot be delivered for reasons outside the Organiser's control).
6.4 The Prize is awarded "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser disclaims all warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in respect of any aspect of the Prize, including without limitation quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and the winner shall not look to the Organiser for such warranties or claims, if any.
7. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT, VERIFICATION AND FULFILMENT
7.1 The selected Superfan will be notified via the email address and/or mobile number provided at entry, within 3 working days of final selection.
7.2 The winner agrees to the use of their entry, name/handle, image and likeness in announcing the Contest winner, and for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes connected to the Contest, without payment or additional compensation, in addition to the rights granted under Section 9 (Winner Content Commitment) and Section 11 (Intellectual Property Rights).
7.3 Where a selected candidate cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 24 hours, or does not meet the final verification requirements in clause 5.1(e), the Organiser reserves the right to offer the Grand Prize to the next-ranked reserve candidate.
7.4 Prior to confirmation of the Prize, the winner will be required to provide additional details needed for travel and fulfilment purposes, including but not limited to passport details, visa information, address and clothing/shirt size, for themselves and, where applicable, for their Guest under clause 6.1.2. These details are not collected at initial entry and are only required from the confirmed winner (and their Guest, if any).
7.5 The Organiser will not be held responsible if the winner cannot be contacted for any reason, or fails to complete verification within the required timeframe.
7.6 The Prize, or any part of it, will be forfeited if the winner fails to respond to notification, fails to complete required verification or fulfilment steps, or fails to accept the winner agreement referred to in clause 9.2, within 30 days of notification. In such circumstances, the Organiser reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve candidate or to withdraw the Prize entirely.
7.7 The USD 500 Travel Allowance referred to in clause 6.1 will only be transferred after the winner has completed the required eligibility and travel verification, accepted the Prize and signed the Winner Agreement referred to in clause 9.2. The Travel Allowance may be transferred by the Organiser or an appointed service provider acting on its behalf prior to the winner’s travel. The winner must provide accurate and complete payment details reasonably required to process the transfer within the timeframe specified by the Organiser. The Organiser is not responsible for any delay or failure of transfer arising from incomplete, inaccurate or outdated payment details provided by the winner. If the winner subsequently withdraws or is unable to travel after receiving the Travel Allowance, the treatment or repayment of the Travel Allowance will be governed by the Winner Agreement.
7.8 Where the Organiser is required by applicable law to deduct or withhold any tax from the USD 500 Travel Allowance, the Organiser may make such deduction or withholding and remit the relevant amount to the appropriate authority.
8. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND SAFETY
8.1 Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their entries and actions comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
8.2 The Organiser does not condone or encourage any dangerous, reckless or illegal activity as part of this Contest. Any entry that depicts or promotes illegal, unsafe or irresponsible behaviour will be disqualified.
8.3 The winner, and any Guest accompanying them under clause 6.1.2, is responsible for complying with all applicable travel, immigration, and health and safety requirements in connection with travel to, and attendance at, the Motul Grand Prix of Japan, including holding a valid passport and obtaining any required visas. The winner is responsible for ensuring their Guest is aware of, and complies with, this clause.
8.4 The Organiser shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries or legal actions arising from a Participant's or winner's failure to comply with applicable laws, safety regulations, or travel and immigration requirements.
8.5 By participating in this Contest, Participants unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by the Organiser.
9. WINNER CONTENT COMMITMENT
9.1 As a condition of accepting the Grand Prize, the selected Superfan agrees to:
(a) self-film authentic, vertical-format content throughout the MotoGP™ Japan experience, including arrival, behind-the-scenes access, race-day reactions and personal reflections;
(b) participate in agreed official filming, photography and interview opportunities during the event, including content captured by the official MotoGP™ production team, which may include paddock access, race-day activities and other confirmed experiences;
(c) provide all agreed raw footage and content to the Organiser for use across Motul’s marketing, communications, promotional and digital channels, including social media, websites and other campaign-related platforms; and
(d) be comfortable appearing on Motul and official MotoGP™ channels as part of the campaign.
9.2 The winner’s content commitments and other conditions relating to participation in the Prize will be set out in full in a separate Winner Agreement, to be reviewed and accepted by the selected Superfan as a condition of final confirmation of the Prize.
9.3 Failure to fulfil the Winner Content Commitment, in whole or in part, may result in forfeiture of the Prize under clause 7.6.
9.4 Where the winner brings a Guest under clause 6.1.2, the winner is responsible for ensuring the Guest agrees to appear in content captured under this Winner Content Commitment, and consents to the Organiser's use of the Guest's image and likeness on the same basis as clause 7.2 and Section 11. The Organiser may require the Guest to sign a separate consent and release form prior to attending the event.

All such damages are expressly excluded.
14.2 The limitation of liability in clause 14.1 applies equally to any loss, damage, illness or injury suffered by, or caused by, a Guest accompanying the winner under clause 6.1.2. The winner is responsible for informing their Guest of this Section 14 prior to the event.
