BUY-ONE-GET-ONE-FREE PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The MOTUL POWER SUV PROMO “Buy-One-Get-One-Free” promotion (the “Promo”) runs from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promo Period”), unless earlier terminated or extended in accordance with Clause 9.

1. For every one (1) unit of an Eligible Product listed in Clause 3 purchased in a single transaction at a Participating Store, the customer will receive one (1) additional unit of the same Eligible Product (same SKU, variant and pack size) free of charge.
2. The free item will be given automatically at the point of sale upon purchase of a qualifying Eligible Product; no coupon, code or prior registration is required unless stated otherwise in-store.
3. The free item is given per qualifying purchase. A customer who buys more than one qualifying 7L bottle may claim one free 1L bottle for each qualifying 7L bottle bought, subject to stock availability.
4. The free item cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product, and has no cash value.
5. The Promo applies only while stocks of the Eligible Products last at the relevant Participating Store.

The Promo applies only to the following products (the “Eligible Products”):

Products not listed above, including other variants, pack sizes or ranges within the same product line, are not covered by this Promo.

The Promo is available only at the following stores/outlets in the Philippines (the “Participating Stores”) as set out under Annexure A of these Terms.

The Promo is not available at non-listed stores, other retail or online channels, or outside the Philippines, unless expressly stated.

The list of participating outlets may be updated from time to time. Please check with the outlet directly if you are unsure whether they are currently part of the Promo.

1. The Promo is open to all customers who purchase an Eligible Product at a Participating Store during the Promo Period, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Employees, dealers, and distributors of Motul Philippines and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from availing of the Promo, except where such purchase is made as an ordinary retail customer and not in connection with their employment or engagement.

1. The Promo cannot be combined with any other ongoing discount, rebate, loyalty points, trade or promotional offer unless expressly stated by Motul Philippines.
2. The Promo does not apply to bulk, wholesale, corporate or fleet purchase orders.
3. Motul Philippines reserves the right to refuse redemption where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, tampering, or abuse of the Promo mechanics.

1. Participation in the Promo constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The free item cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
3. The free item is not for resale.
4. Motul Philippines shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from a customer’s participation in the Promo, except to the extent caused by its gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and to the extent permitted by law.
5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including Republic Act No. 7394 (the Consumer Act of the Philippines) and its implementing rules and regulations.
6. Motul Philippines may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Where any personal data is collected from a customer in connection with the Promo (for example, for redemption verification), such data will be collected, used, and processed by Motul Philippines in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and Motul’s Privacy Policy, available at motul.com/en-PH/information/privacy_policy.

Motul Philippines reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promo prior to its stated end date, or extend the Promo Period, subject to the prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”) and to announcement of such change, at least twice, on two different dates, in the same manner as the original announcement of the Promo, prior to the change taking effect.
