MOTUL ALERT LINE

MOTUL promotes open communication and dialogue within the Group and with its external stakeholders (partners, customers)

Any external collaborator or stakeholder with questions about the interpretation of internal rules or ethical concerns is invited to share them or seek advice. In particular, external stakeholders can get closer to their contact (s) at MOTUL.

In addition, any employee who is aware of a violation of applicable laws or regulations, or of the provisions of the MOTUL Code of Ethics or of the Group's internal directives or policies, may report such a situation to Human Resources or to the MOTUL Ethics and Compliance correspondent.

In addition to these channels, Group employees and stakeholders have access to MOTUL Alert Line, an online interface that offers the possibility of reporting violations of laws, regulations or internal principles of conduct in good faith in a confidential and secure manner.

The Group ensures that no disciplinary sanctions or reprisal measures are taken, due to the raising of an alert, against persons who used these channels in good faith or persons who assisted the person reporting the report, even if the facts subsequently prove to be inaccurate or unfounded and/or do not give rise to any prosecution or sanction.

This interface is accessible to MOTUL's external stakeholders via the following link: https://report.whistleb.com/motul-thirdparty
