Another MOTUL world championship thanks to SERT!

The MOTUL-partnered Suzuki Endurance Racing Team (SERT) has claimed its 16th Endurance World Championship at the fourth and final round of the FIM EWC at Estoril (PRT).  Everyone sends warm congratulations to the team, to Suzuki, and to everyone involved in the championship title success. Today is all about the Ps…pride, power, partnership, products and Portugal!

Few manufacturers have the length and strength of the collaboration between Suzuki and MOTUL. Over the last three decades, Suzuki's engineers and Motul's technical experts have forged a deep understanding and symbiotic working relationship, developing the perfect oils especially for Suzuki's engines. This includes the GSX-R1000 which powered Etienne Masson, Gregg Black and Xavier Simeon to 4th place in the 12 Hours of Estoril – the result being more than enough to claim the EWC crown for SERT.

The Suzuki Endurance Racing Team, now under the leadership of Team Manager Damien Saulnier, is the most prolific and successful team in the history of the FIM EWC. It is SERT’s first World Championship title since 2016 after coming so close in recent years.

The quality and high-performing 300V lubricant used by so many champions responds to the extreme conditions and mechanical restraints presented by the top level of two-wheeled competition.

The 30 years of collaboration between MOTUL and Suzuki have contributed to the development of MOTUL’s Factory Line, its racing-oriented products, and the GSX-R1000 is fully lubricated using this range of lubricants.

Aside from racing, Suzuki uses and recommends MOTUL for its range of production machines, and since 2018 it has also been the recommended supplier across Suzuki's four-wheel, ATV, and marine divisions.
