The Pitbike Awards ceremony feted the 2015 champions of the PitBikeRussia series on 12 December in Moscow. As partner to team BSE Russia Team and to this motocross championship reserved for various categories of minibikes, Motul was doubly interested in this event.
At the end of the seasons five events, Alexei Orekhov indeed obtained one of the main titles awarded this season to BSE Russia Team and to the manufacturer BSEmoto. This talented Russian biker, aged 25 and holder of 182 medals in a variety of sports disciplines, won in 17/14 Pro Class. As a reminder, the numbers 17 and 14 stand for the respective diameters of the front and rear wheels.
Aside from his performances in PitBikeRussia, Orekhov shares the passion for freestyle with his compatriot Alexei Kolesnikov (aka 'Kalashnikov'), whose team, Red Bull Kolesnikov FMX Factory, is also supported technically by Motul. Fans of the red and white logo indeed form a large family in Russia, sharing their passion for motorsports.
