The 24 Hours of Dubai was held on 14 and 15 January past at the ultramodern Dubai Autodrome circuit.
Traditionally held in January since 2006, this event reserved for GTs has managed, in just six editions, to make a name for itself as a reference event in the Endurance world, as evidenced by the record 87 vehicles lined up at the start this year.
Motul, the official lubricant of the event, was present in the paddock through its new importer, NFS Group (based in Dubai), to make its racing experience and products available to the teams competing.
NFS Group wanted to publicise its name on the track and therefore also entered in the SP3 class through its subsidiary NFS Racing. At the wheel of a Lotus 2-Eleven, the team participated in the event alongside another Motul team: Gmaxx Corvette Racing supported technically by Motul Deutschland.
All in all, by finishing in 53rd position (synonymous with 7th place in the SP2 class), the Corvette No.102 achieved the best performance of the weekend
