With the aim of reaching out to the poor in this region, the HTL team from Motul in Asia Pacific helped built new homes for families in the Prey Veng province of Cambodia, one of the world's top ten poorest countries in the world.
More than 40 staff across the region helped build 3 houses and proper sanitary services of 2 lavatories to the villages, providing them with proper shelters over their heads. In addition to that, the team spent some time with the villagers and engaged with the children through games and milk distribution.
Not only was the trip enriching for everyone, it provided a sense of solidarity amongst the team and instilled positive vibes in contributing to the needy in the society. The smiles across all their faces were the best gift for the team in this initiative.
