Jesse Toler crosses 400 m on the front wheel!

29.10.2012

The Guinness Book of Records is going to boast something new, with the two records beaten by Jesse Toler. A member of Team Anger Management Freestyle and Team Anger Management Stoppie School, he clinched a first record on 5 October at 15:30, on the zMAX Dragway circuit, in the city of Charlotte, North Carolina (USA). He tore off on the circuit at the wheel of his motorcycle and did a 402.42 m long stoppie! The previous record, achieved in 2006, was 266.09 m. This stunt figure is, in a way, the opposite of wheeling: while braking hard you must raise the rear wheel and continue to ride on the front wheel alone. Not content with this exceptional performance, Jesse Toler beat the following day, in the same place, the highest speed record doing a stoppie, at 241.40 km/h. He even covered more then 335 m on the front wheel. 'The distance of 400 m has been a personal goal for several years,' said Toler. 'I thank all those who supported me and believed in me!' He can now rightly profess to be world Stoppie King. Toler's manager, Rodney Sargent, was equally enthusiastic: 'Seeing Jesse come here and clinch not only one but two records is quite simply amazing! It's a performance we've been talking about for a long time but I don't think we were ever taken seriously until now. I'm so proud of my team-mate I cried tears of joy when he passed the 400 m mark!'

This is not the end of the adventure: Jesse Toler firmly intends to set himself other goals in the months ahead!
