New X-Cess SAE 5W40 for the toughest demands

The technical requirements made of motor oils are increasing all the time. And so MOTUL has reformulated its proven fully synthetic motor oil MOTUL 8100 X-cess SAE 5W40. The product now offers additional standards and approvals for modern spark ignition and diesel engines by renowned vehicle manufacturers.

The car motor oil 8100 X-cess SAE 5W40 with its wide performance profile is simply ideal for garages and for the retail trade. Thanks to the new formula, the fully synthetic motor oil now also offers additional standards and approvals. For example, MOTUL 8100 X-cess SAE 5W40 MO also scores with MB approval 229.5, so that the lubricant can be used in all Mercedes-Benz petrol engines including the AMG models. In addition, BMW approval BMW LL-01 has been obtained for petrol engines by BMW and Mini from model year 2001 respectively 1998. The new Renault approvals RN0700, RN0710 and performance capability as per Fiat 9.55535-H2, -M2, -N2 are further attributes of the new formulation.

Recommended for modern spark ignition and diesel engines, including models with direct injection, engine oil MOTUL 8100 X-cess with 5W40 viscosity protects the engine even during long oil change intervals and helps to save fuel.
