Including seven events in 2012, the Latvian Rally Championship is special in that it is held in three countries. In addition to the five rounds taking place in Latvia, two others took place in Estonia and Lithuania. At the end of this 2012 season, in category N4, it was young Estonian Kaspar Koitla co-piloted by Andres Ots who won the title. At the wheel of the Mitsubishi Evo IX entered by team Megapolis Motor Sport Club supported by Motul, Kaspar was however in his maiden season in this Latvian championship. After his 2011 Estonian Rally Champion title and two podiums in IRC, this 2012 title shows once more the tremendous potential of this young prodigy!
