Jérémy Poret crowned world champion!

10.11.2012

The 2012 UIM schedule comprised three rounds, in Qatar, Italy, and the last on 7 October in China, with two races each time. After taking five wins in the six races of the Ski Division GP1 category, Jérémy Poret, the rider of Team Race Spirit supported technically by Motul, clinched the world title for the second consecutive year!  'This season was one of the most difficult of my career,' admitted the French rider. 'I've worked very hard since my knee operation at the end of last season. But this season has been one of the most pleasant and most instructive. (…). More than ever, these wins are the result of team work.' The double 2012 World Champion and French Champion will contend next season with a tough contender, Spaniard Nacho Armillas, who has progressed throughout the season. Plenty to watch out for in 2013!
