The Chutana circuit 50 kilometres from Lima was the setting on 6 November for the last round of the national touring car championship 'Turismo Competicion'.
Contending in the TC 2000 category, team Pro Circuit, supported technically by Motul Peru, would not have missed this final for anything in the world. Indeed, at the wheel of his Integra DC5, Christopher Fuller was the great favourite for the 2011 title. A status which he fully lived up to since, after winning three of the first six rounds, the Peruvian driver mounted the second step of the podium of this last 2011 race. With 176 points as against 156.5 for Ignacio Espinosa Risso, his closest contender, Christopher Fuller was thus declared Champion of Peru! Fine performance also for José Luis Bertello (Honda Civic EG), the second driver of team Pro Circuit which finished its season in seventh place.
