Held in mid-winter, the 24 H brighten up a period which is generally slack for motorsports. Organised independently from any championship, the event has gained since 2006 a growing reputation, as drivers appreciate its 'exotic' nature and the circuit's technical difficulties.
For the second consecutive year, Motul is the official lubricants partner for the event and is even more involved in it. For instance, in addition to Motul billboarding on the side of the circuit, the podium and all the participating vehicles will bear Motul's colours. Furthermore, the red and white logo will also be present on the racing cars of the teams supported technically by Motul. Among them appear Marcos Racing which has entered a Lotus Evora and a BMW 120 and also team GC Automobiles, present with two GC10-V8s.
