Cody Cooper, between victory and disappointment…
After his title as New Zealand Champion, Cody Cooper participated last weekend in the second round of the Australian Motocross Championship. Second in the general standings, the Rockstar Motul Suzuki team rider has, once again, affirmed his status as the man to be beaten by winning, more than nine seconds ahead of Josh Coppins, the first of the four rounds of the Pro Open category. Unfortunately, Cody suffered a fall in race 2 and a rib injury and was forced to withdraw for the rest of the weekend. With 700 points still up for grabs this season, it's a sure bet that Cody will soon be back in the limelight!
