MOTUL Kart 4T SAE 10W40 and MOTUL Kart Grand Prix 2T

The 4-stroke motor oil MOTUL Kart 4T SAE 10W40 based on Technosynthese® has been specially developed for go-karts with centrifugal clutch or transmission and wet clutch integrated in the engine circuit. It complies with the API SJ/SH/SG standards. The product also fulfils the JASO MA friction coefficient test for 4-stroke motorbike motor oils, guaranteeing perfect functioning of the wet clutch and a long service life for the transmission. MOTUL Kart 4T SAE 10W40 thus offers numerous advantages. Its low viscosity permits low-wear cold starting even at low outside temperatures. In addition, the product keeps the engine cleaner and safeguards high lube film stability even under intensive stop-and-go conditions or over long distances. Special EP (extreme pressure) additives reliably protect the transmission from wear. Further advantages include compatibility with wet clutches and catalytic converters, all-year usability, high wear and corrosion protection, and low oil consumption levels.

The fully synthetic 2-stroke ester-based high-performance motor oil MOTUL Kart Grand Prix 2T has been developed specially for racing. It is ideal for engines made by Rotax, ATK, Parilla, PCR, Yamaha, Ital System or also TM which run at extremely high revs of up to 23,000 rpm. The product complies with the API TC/TSC 3 standard and has been homologated for professional motor racing by the Commission Internationale de Karting (CIK) of the Fédération Internationale de l`Automobile (FIA).
