Junior Business Developer (m/f) COE (Center of Excellence) Market

Our department "Center of Excellence Market" (CoE Market) is responsible for the group's strategic business development. It takes care of global key accounts, undertakes strategic projects, supports the business units by sharing know-how and best practices, and follows up market trends. The department reports to the group's executive board in Paris.


  • Support the acquisition and management of international key clients
  • Support the group’s price strategy in collaboration with the business units
  • Responsible for various market and sales-related projects at the international level
  • Creation of economic intelligence reports and competitor analyses
  • Research on various topics related to sales and business strategy
  • Preparation of decision memos at the group level
  • Preparation of toolboxes to support local activation of the business units
  • Lead the organization of the yearly global meeting of the department
  • Active project support at various international locations
  • Support the department during day-to-day business


  • Business administration degree or comparable qualification with emphasis on sales, marketing and management
  • Fluent in English and German; other languages are a benefit
  • International (professional) experience is a plus
  • Intercultural skills, preferably acquired through stays abroad
  • Practical experience in the automotive/lubricants industry (OEM, automotive supplier, parts supplier/automotive after-market, lubricants manufacturer/supplier, etc.)
  • User knowledge for popular software tools
